{"id":24452,"date":"2021-12-16T10:15:06","date_gmt":"2021-12-16T10:15:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stg.visualarq.com\/project\/nokia-arena\/"},"modified":"2024-09-26T10:59:02","modified_gmt":"2024-09-26T10:59:02","slug":"nokia-arena","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/stg.visualarq.com\/es\/project\/nokia-arena\/","title":{"rendered":"Nokia Arena"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El proyecto Tampere Kansiareena, tambi\u00e9n conocido como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/nokia\/\">Nokia<\/a> Arena es un proyecto dise\u00f1ado por <a hre=\"https:\/\/libeskind.com\/\">Studio Libeskind<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aihioark.fi\/\">Aihio Arkkitehdit Oy<\/a>, en Tampere, Finlandia.<\/p>\n\n<p>VisualARQ se ha utilizado para la construcci\u00f3n de este proyecto, realizado por <a href=\"https:\/\/geometria.fi\/\">GEOMETRIA Architecture Ltd<\/a> que, trabajando para los contratistas de fachadas <a href=\"https:\/\/hakapks.fi\/\">Haka pks Oy<\/a>, dise\u00f1\u00f3 y model\u00f3 las fachadas del estadio para su fabricaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como las fachadas de la torre de viviendas Opaali.<\/p>\n\n<p>GEOMETRIA Architecture utiliz\u00f3 herramientas de dise\u00f1o computacional con el fin de automatizar las tareas repetitivas para manejar cientos de miles de piezas \u00fanicas que necesitaban producir para la fabricaci\u00f3n, el ensamblaje de elementos y los planos de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p>Los miles de listones individuales de la fachada del estadio se transfirieron digitalmente a la maquinaria de fabricaci\u00f3n de aluminio de 5 ejes utilizando las herramientas de exportaci\u00f3n creadas especialmente para ello directamente desde Rhino. Esta misma exportaci\u00f3n se utiliz\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n en los marcos de aluminio de Opaali.<\/p>\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/toni-%C3%B6sterlund-5778bb15a\/\">Toni Osterlund<\/a>, arquitecto de GEOMETRIA Architecture, VisualARQ desempe\u00f1\u00f3 un papel fundamental en este flujo de trabajo:<\/p>\n\n<p><em>\u00abPara construir el estadio, la principal ayuda fue la posibilidad de crear un objeto de fijaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mico y ajustable que pod\u00edamos definir param\u00e9tricamente. Esto nos permiti\u00f3 propagar los elementos de fijaci\u00f3n ajustados en el modelo. El modelo era f\u00edsica y visualmente correcto, y los valores de ajuste pod\u00edan leerse directamente del objeto al crear los planos de construcci\u00f3n. El objeto de elemento de fijaci\u00f3n se bas\u00f3 en un script GH bastante simple.\nTambi\u00e9n ayudaron las perforaciones para los listones de aluminio y su estructura posterior. Durante la fabricaci\u00f3n se perforaron agujeros en los listones y en las vigas de la estructura posterior, y debido a la forma curva y a la inclinaci\u00f3n de los listones, fue necesario definirlos individualmente para cada list\u00f3n, y con una precisi\u00f3n de una fracci\u00f3n de mil\u00edmetro. Todos estos agujeros se definieron como vigas de VisualARQ, lo que permiti\u00f3 definir el tama\u00f1o, y conservaron la informaci\u00f3n de posici\u00f3n, profundidad y direcci\u00f3n, que posteriormente se utiliz\u00f3 en la fabricaci\u00f3n digital.\nDespu\u00e9s se generaron todos los planos de construcci\u00f3n utilizando secciones de VisualARQ directamente a partir del modelo 3D, con informaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adida recuperada de los objetos de fijaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n\n<p>En el proyecto Opaali, se utilizaron mucho las vigas de VisualARQ. Todas las estructuras de aluminio y acero eran objetos de viga con perfiles personalizados. Los agujeros se definieron como sustracciones booleanas s\u00f3lidas. Se pod\u00edan identificar bien para los dibujos de fabricaci\u00f3n, ya que se pueden separar y analizar en Grasshopper.
