{"id":24506,"date":"2021-12-16T10:15:06","date_gmt":"2021-12-16T10:15:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stg.visualarq.com\/project\/nokia-arena\/"},"modified":"2024-09-26T10:58:30","modified_gmt":"2024-09-26T10:58:30","slug":"nokia-arena","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/stg.visualarq.com\/fr\/project\/nokia-arena\/","title":{"rendered":"Nokia Arena"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le projet Kansiareena de Tampere, connu \u00e9galement sous le nom de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/nokia\/\">Nokia<\/a> Arena est un projet con\u00e7u par <a hre=\"https:\/\/libeskind.com\/\">Studio Libeskind<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aihioark.fi\/\">Aihio Arkkitehdit Oy<\/a>, \u00e0 Tampere en Finlande.<\/p>\n\n<p>VisualARQ a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 dans la construction de ce projet men\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/geometria.fi\/\">GEOMETRIA Architecture Ltd<\/a> op\u00e9rant pour <a href=\"https:\/\/hakapks.fi\/\">Haka pks Oy<\/a>, qui a con\u00e7u et mod\u00e9lis\u00e9 les fa\u00e7ades du b\u00e2timent ainsi que les fa\u00e7ades de la tour r\u00e9sidentielle Opaali adjacente.<\/p>\n\n<p>GEOMETRIA Architecture a largement utilis\u00e9 les outils de conception computationnelle afin d&rsquo;automatiser les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives et prendre en charge des centaines de milliers de pi\u00e8ces uniques qui devaient \u00eatre produites pour la fabrication, l&rsquo;assemblage et les plans.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les milliers de lattes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9es individuellement vers un centre d&rsquo;usinage 5 axes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;outil d&rsquo;exportation int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans Rhino. Le m\u00eame outil d&rsquo;exportation a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour les cadres en aluminium de l&rsquo;Opaali.<\/p>\n\n<p>Selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/toni-%C3%B6sterlund-5778bb15a\/\">Toni Osterlund<\/a>, architecte associ\u00e9 chez GEOMETRIA Architecture, VisualARQ a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans tout le processus :<\/p>\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;atout le plus important dans ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er des fixations ajustables sous forme d&rsquo;objets dynamiques que nous pouvions d\u00e9finir param\u00e9triquement. Cela nous a permis de reproduire le mod\u00e8le avec les fixations. Le mod\u00e8le \u00e9tait correct d&rsquo;un point de vue physique et visuel et les valeurs d&rsquo;ajustement pouvaient \u00eatre lues directement sur l&rsquo;objet lors de la cr\u00e9ation des plans de construction. Le mod\u00e8le des fixations \u00e9tait bas\u00e9 sur un script de Grasshopper relativement simple.\nAutre point tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant, les trous dans les lattes en aluminium et leur structure de soutien. Les trous \u00e9taient perc\u00e9s dans les t\u00f4les et les poutres de structure pendant la fabrication mais leur positionnement devait \u00eatre d\u00e9fini individuellement en raison de la forme courb\u00e9e et de l&rsquo;inclinaison des t\u00f4les, et ce avec une pr\u00e9cision d&rsquo;une fraction de millim\u00e8tre. Tous ces trous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finis sous forme de poutres dans VisualARQ, ce qui a permis de d\u00e9finir leur taille et de conserver les informations sur leur position, leur profondeur et leur direction pour la fabrication num\u00e9rique ult\u00e9rieure.\nLes dessins de construction ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s en utilisant les sections de VisualARQ directement \u00e0 partir du mod\u00e8le 3D, en incluant les informations provenant des objets dynamiques repr\u00e9sentant les fixations.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les poutres de VisualARQ ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement utilis\u00e9es dans le projet Opaali. Toutes les structures en aluminium et en acier \u00e9taient constitu\u00e9es de poutres avec des profils personnalis\u00e9s. Les trous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finis avec des soustractions bool\u00e9ennes de solides. Ils \u00e9taient facilement identifiables sur les dessins de fabrication car il est possible de les s\u00e9parer et de les analyser dans Grasshopper.
