The _vaTable<\/span>\"VisualARQ<\/span>\u00a0command allows you to\u00a0display a list with the information related to VisualARQ objects only. These objects include walls, beams, columns, doors, windows, openings, railings, stairs, slabs, roofs and spaces.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

\r\n

Insert a schedule table<\/h2>\r\n
    \r\n
  1. Run the _vaTable<\/span>\"VisualARQ<\/span>\u00a0command to insert a new table in the model. A dialog with the list of table styles available will appear.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  2. Select a\u00a0<\/span>Table style <\/strong>(i.e. Openings<\/em>)\u00a0from the insert dialog box.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  3. Select all objects<\/strong> you wish to quantify on the table. The command filters the selection automatically, detecting only\u00a0the corresponding type of object according to the table style selected.<\/li>\r\n
  4. Left-click anywhere on the screen to choose an insertion point<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Create a new table style<\/h2>\r\n

    The information of the tables, such as the table fields or object types are defined by the table styles.<\/p>\r\n

    To create a new table style for the wall object:<\/p>\r\n

      \r\n
    1. Run the _vaTableStyles<\/span>\"\"<\/span>\u00a0command to open the table styles dialog.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\"VisualARQ\r\n\r\n
    2. Press the New style\u00a0<\/em>button in the Style Manager<\/em> dialog box. Follow the steps from the table style wizard to define the new table style parameters.\r\n
        \r\n
      • Set the Style name<\/strong> (i.e. Walls<\/em>).<\/li>\r\n
      • Object type<\/strong>: Select the Wall<\/em> object (more than one object type can be selected).<\/li>\r\n
      • Table fields<\/strong>: Specify the field name and the correspoding\u00a0property<\/strong> (i.e. Style, Area, Length<\/em> and Volume<\/em>).<\/li>\r\n
      • Quantity field<\/strong>: Option to specify the field in which to group the table elements. In this case, group the wall objects by the Style<\/em> property.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
      • Press OK<\/em> to accept changes. These new table style features can be edited anytime. You can also add new property fields to a style created by selecting the style name, right-click to display the context menu and selecting New > Schedule property field.<\/em><\/li>\r\n\r\n
      • Finally, run the _vaTable<\/span>\"VisualARQ<\/span> command\u00a0to insert the new table style for the walls in the model.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

        Export tables to Excel<\/h2>\r\n

        Tables can be exported into Excel<\/em> (.xls<\/em>) and .csv<\/em> format files once they have been inserted in the model.<\/p>\r\n

          \r\n
        1. Run the _vaTableExport<\/span> command (or from the drop-down menu, click\u00a0VisualARQ > Table > Export)<\/em>.<\/li>\r\n
        2. Select the schedule table you wish to export.<\/li>\r\n
        3. Select the output folder and the file format you want to save your table in.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
