Can I create non-planar free-form slabs?

The _vaSlab command includes an option to create them from curves or surfaces. However, these curves or surfaces must be planar. Non-planar free-form slabs can be created using Rhino surfaces and polysurfaces. After creating them, you can tag them as ifcSlabs for IFC export purposes. The ifcTag to assign the ifcSlab Type to a piece of geometry can be found in:
  • The Properties panel.
  • The IFC Export Options dialog (VisualARQ menu > IFC Export Options), where you can assign it by layer.
