You must achieve that the effort you’ve made and the quality of your work are valued and accepted. If your interlocutor is another architect, you have no problem. You speak the same language. But not all people to whom you submit your project share that language. Who are we talking about? Of decision makers: the final customer, investors, partners, advertisers, PR professionals, public bodies which grant official authorizations… Or maybe you’re at a fair or an event and you want to show your architectural works. Or you want to distinguish your firm among the usual PDF catalogs in PDF from your competition. To show your plans and your render will be fine, but if you want to have a decisive asset, try to present your work in a way that they can perfectly understand and also captivates them. Can you ask for more? Yes, to be interactive.

How does Cl3VER get it? Importing geometry, hierarchy, materials and textures of your original model. You can add additional information, videos, pictures or panels. You do not have to hand your model to another professional to be transformed into an interactive design. You’re in control, allowing you to save time, which never is in excess, and money, possibly even less. The process of creating your interactive presentations is intuitive and, could not be otherwise, very visual.

Soon you’ll be able to use the Cloud Importing System to keep 3D scenes up to 1GB, 10,000 geometries and 5 million of polygons but, for your own good and the health of your computer, you’d better not rush those limits. As you can see, CL3VER fulfills the requirements but you must also have enough space in your PC memory so that, after the optimization and compression of the models, you have optimal results. Perhaps, at this point, you fear that you’ve found a downside with CL3VER presentations. That they are so appealing to viewers (whether your collaborators or customers) and they get so much involved that it will be impossible that they don’t dare to suggest changes in the views and the model. It won’t be an obstacle, changes can be made in a short term and, if they want to play at being movie directors, it won’t be difficult to please them. Lights, materials, perspectives… you can handle everything without difficulty. Consider that you can also use these animations to show different design and cost alternatives, allowing the spectators to see the implications, so that decision making is appropriate and avoiding surprises with the result. What do you think it will be more convincing for the person who must make decisions about your project without being an architect? A plan or an interactive 3D presentation? You know the answer. Impress them. It’s top Cl3VER.
